Our
projects
We conduct various online and offline activities, creating a space for young women to develop. We implement cyclical projects, such as Local Leaders or Leaders Around The World, which support the development of leadership skills and building communities. We also organize non-cyclical projects, during which we address various topics tailored to the interests of our beneficiaries, inspiring them to act and discover their passions.
Local Leaders
The Local Leaders project was created to support girls and young women in activities carried out in their local communities. Local communities know their needs, residents and the specifics of places such as districts, villages, streets or even favorite cafes best. Therefore, projects embedded in such realities respond to their needs better than nationwide or global initiatives.

Leaders Around The World
The project aims to promote intercultural dialogue, overcome language barriers and exchange knowledge.
For 2-3 months, participants meet with young leaders from around the world and actively engage in conversations and sharing experiences in a dedicated communication group.
Brunch SML
The event aimed to build self-confidence, develop public speaking skills and effective communication. We hosted Marek Brzezinski, Olga Leonowicz, Sylwia Gregorczyk-Abram and TVN24.

If I had to sum up what I learned from other participants in one word, it would be "courage". The girls, by telling their stories, showed how important courage is, which can do wonders.
I've only recently discovered your Instagram, but I already know I'll be here for a while. It gives me motivation, the will to continue and develop. Thank you for being here and creating this project.
Group meetings inspired me to act, but also taught me to take advantage of opportunities, even though we are at different stages of life, each of us learns new things, but we can also draw from each other's knowledge, what we know and what we do.
